Model Rail Roads Help

Question by ciplez: Can Anybody Confirm This Contract of Gunderson Railroad?
In a book I read Gunderson Railroad, subsidiary of Greenbrier has a contract for 107,200 railroad cars to be put into assembly, I can find hardly any info on what this company’s doing. I did find a few smaller contracts they recently have, but nothing on this scale.

It may be that they spread this work out to different companys and its accumulative production will be 107,200, can anybody confirm this?

This would represent almost 8% of the railroad cars on the road today http://www.aar.org/PubCommon/Documents/AboutTheIndustry/Statistics.pdf and would be astonishing considering the large number of cars sitting idle, irritating towns people. Further, Gunderson MAKES railroad cars http://www.railroaddata.com/rrlinks/Detailed/3867.html they are not a railroad. This might be their entire production for several years.
edit I had skipped over this link in the Search because it was so stupid, but it came up because Gunderson is supposed to be making these unbelievably stupid cars for FEMA.
