Just some play time in downtown Montreal. I was glad and fortunate to be able to train and hang out with a great group (locals in Montreal) in such great weather. Thanks to everyone new that I met for this trip and big thanks to my friends (you know who you are) that I’ve known that came out and took me around. I hope to see you guys again next year. I heard that ougoing more then3 times a week to a martial arts class is bad. Do you agree

Lyoto Machida, Chuck Liddell, George st. Pierre these are just 3 names that all took karate and made use of it to become great at MMA

Depends. An average person trains about 2-3 times a week.

    @RedStar241 Flipping is un-nessecary for parkour because parkour is about getting from point A to point B the quickest and most efficient way possible. I think you might be thinking of Freerunning.

    lol at the people who wishes he would do flips. Who cares, everyone has there own styles. Some people like king david never flip at all, while others base their style almost entirely around tricking.

    Hmm.. I love the fact that ppl can diss a band when they Have actual talent.

    The band has great music.

    Sue has a great voice.

    Not only that but he is playing guitar at the same time.

    The fact is no matter what type of music this counts as, Psycho, Rocka, W/e It is fucking great.

    There Actually nice to the crowd are are dedicated to there music.

    They have there own unique style and Personally I love it.

    I guess the saying is true.. Love it, or hate it.
