Would you say you train in XX martial art or you practice XX martial art? I personally say I practice a martial art… how about you?

I say both depending on what i’m doing. Its weird but usually when i am doing cardio or strength i say i am training but when i am working on technique i consider it practice.

High Quality! www.youtube.com I made this train in Microsoft Paint. It took an overall 5 hours to make, but i sped it up to about 10 minutes. If you want, you can post sugestions that i should do for my next one. It’s a little hard to see at the beginning but it starts to get clearer after awile.
